How does your factory carry out quality control?
Quality Control is a critical link in our production. We attach great importance to quality control from the initial stages to final production. All products are fully processed and strictly tested before packaging for shipment.
Can I get samples for checking the quality?
We are happy to provide free samples for your quality inspection. While the customer is responsible for the initial sample postage, these fees will be credited back to you upon placement of a formal order.
What's your delivery time?
In-stock products can be dispatched the next day, while customized orders typically take 15 days following receipt of the deposit.
What's your payment terms?
We accept TT (30% deposit and 70% balance payment upon presentation of the BL copy) or L/C at sight.
Is OEM available?
Yes, OEM service is available. You simply need to provide your LOGO or specific design requirements to our team.
